A true Classic.14 fret model with the rich and balanced sound for which these small pre-war Gibsons are noted. It has a spruce top, mahogany back and sides. All original. It's a great player with good action.This guitar is light weight. Pro repaired cracks front and back. With a couple braces replaced inside.Has a comfortable V-shaped neck with a 1.72" nut width. The finish is original,it is exceptionally warm and woody with outstanding projection. It is resonant with excellent attack. Straight neck. Beautiful Fire stripe pick-guard. Two tuner buttons changed long ago.Guitar has never had a neck set. And does not need one. What makes this guitar super rare is that it has an elevated fretboard where it joins the body. Original hard case.
